Exchange and Returns Policy
At ARA, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your purchase, and we are here to assist if you didn't get what you ordered.
Before You Buy
To ensure the best experience, please carefully read the product descriptions and verify all dimensions where applicable before placing your order. Once payment is made, items bought cannot be returned, except where eligible.
Eligibility
Returns are possible ONLY under the following circumstances:
- The product, not packaging, arrived damaged or defective.
- The wrong product was delivered due to an error on our part.
Exchange
If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we are happy to replace the item with something similar or of equal value. Simply mention this preference when you contact us, and we will do our best to make it right.
How to Initiate a Request
To request a refund or exchange, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Note: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please contact our support team with details of the issue and photos, if applicable, at support@ara.ng. Kindly use "Exchange" or "Refund" as the title of your message.
Processing & Shipping
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will only be issued back to your original payment method.
Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for the costs of returning items to us. However, in the case of an exchange, the replacement will be sent to the original address at no extra cost to you.
